Kathryn has over 26 years of sales, management, and entrepreneurial experience. Originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, Kathryn moved to Los Angeles in 1976. In her early 20’s, she founded one of the first cable television networking companies, Horizon Cable-vision. As one of the first women contractors in the rough-and-tumble cable market, she quickly secured contracts with Group W, Century Cable, as well as numerous others; she oversaw the building of communities throughout the Los Angeles area. In the late 1980's, Kathryn expanded her successful company into the emerging market of customized audio and video systems; focusing on the installation of home theatre systems for the entertainment community, with such distinguished clients as Barbra Streisand and the Sultan of Brunei. With a focus of working with builders and the top interior designers of the time, Kathryn took the chance to utilize her expert skills in sales and networking and became a licensed Realtor. Within 18 months, Kathryn was the 7th top producer in DBL Realtors.

Sean is a New Englander at heart, growing up in Connecticut and spending summers on Cape Cod. From there, he got his BA in English from Bucknell University in PA, where he played on the Division I tennis team. Over an 18-year advertising career as a media director in NYC & LA, Sean worked at large and small agencies and fed his entrepreneurial spirit as a co-founder of a start-up agency. Over two decades of servicing clients and negotiating hundreds of advertising deals Sean has earned a reputation as someone who is tough-but-fair, detail-oriented, and most importantly, genuinely kind and honest. Applying those skills to his real estate practice, Sean brings marketing savvy, a strong work ethic and sense of calm and humor to every transaction. Whether helping first-time home buyers understand the buying process, ensuring seasoned sellers get top dollar for their home, or guaranteeing seniors fair and transparent dealings, Sean commits to always understanding the "why" behind each client's needs. He promises to work his heart out to facilitate a seamless deal from offer to close. When not showing homes or fielding offers Sean can be seen running the streets of LA, playing tennis or beach volleyball, or at the Lake Hollywood dog park with Monkey.
